Overview#

Sent Suite charges a simple trading fee and uses part of it to reward partners who bring real trading activity to the platform. The program is single-layer (direct referrals only) and rewards growth and usage, not passive holding.

Design goal

Reward the people who onboard others and use the platform.

Formula

External fees

Depending on how you sign and route transactions, you may also pay XRPL network fees or third-party wallet and service fees. Sent Suite doesn't control those.

Fee allocation#

From each referred user's Sent Suite trading fee, 40% goes to the referrer under the Refer-to-Earn program (below). The rest funds operations, development, infrastructure and product growth.

Refer-to-Earn#

Core benefit (single layer)#

  • Referrers earn 40% of all trading fees paid by the users they referred.
  • Single layer only: you earn from users you personally refer.
  • No multi-level or downline: you don't earn from your referrals' referrals.

Attribution and lock rules#

Locked at first trade

Referrals lock at the referred user's first trade and stay locked permanently. Once locked, a referral can't be changed, transferred, overridden or reassigned for any reason.

  • A user counts as "referred" if they use a referral link or code and are attributed before their first trade on Sent Suite.
  • When the user executes their first trade, the referral relationship locks.
  • This rule prevents referral poaching and keeps attribution consistent and fair.

Eligibility and anti-abuse#

Sent Suite may limit or deny referral rewards when abuse is suspected. Disallowed behavior includes:

  • Self-referrals (the same person, or accounts they control, referring themselves)
  • Coordinated wash trading, fee farming or artificial volume
  • Using multiple accounts or devices to get around attribution limits
  • Any behavior intended to exploit fees or rewards
How we detect it

We may combine signals such as wallet addresses, Telegram IDs (if applicable), device and browser identifiers, and behavioral heuristics to prevent abuse.

Reward accrual#

Referral rewards accrue in XRP as referred users pay eligible trading fees. Rewards may show as Pending first and become Available according to the payout rules below.

Payouts#

Minimum cashout#

Timing and processing#

  • Payouts can be processed on demand from the Referral Studio.
  • Sent Suite may apply a short settlement delay to confirm trades are final and to reduce abuse.

Example#

A referred user trades 1,000 XRP of notional volume per day:

Per dayOver ~30 days

Referrer's share (40%)4 XRP~120 XRP

Changes and enforcement#

Sent Suite reserves the right to:

  • Update the fee structure and referral terms, with notice where practical
  • Pause, withhold, reverse or claw back rewards tied to fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Ban accounts from the referral program for violations
